This page shows a brief overview of the Dry Cast manufacturing process.
Step One:
The formwork is prepared.
Step Two:
The Dry Cast mixture and
reinforcing steel is added to the form, and
compressed with an air hammer.
Step Three:
The compressed stone is
removed from the form, and tooled.
Step Four:
Each stone is labeled.
Step Five:
The compressed stones are
moved to the curing chamber.
Step Six:
The finished stone is shrink
wrapped and palletized for shipping.
